We could have disposed of it.
Respect is not shown when everything goes well – but when something goes wrong.
An olive-colored batch did not match our target color. Disposal would have been possible – without financial consequences.
But disposal was not an option for us. Out of respect for the material and labor. Out of responsibility for what we bring into the world.
So we took the fabric, had it manufactured into women's T-shirts in Portugal – and then garment-dyed the finished items black in Switzerland.
The result is The Supreme Tee – Piece-Dyed Black with a crew neck or V-neck.
